RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. How do I return an item?
Option 1 - Pre-paid tracked return labels 2.99£ or QR code (if no access to printer) available up to 1kg( please send request via email to email@example.com)
Please return items within 14 days of receipt.
Please be careful when trying on your items! We cannot accept returns on soiled items. Ensure all tags are intact and the item is in original condition. All goods will be inspected upon return. Any unwanted items must be returned to WASSYL in a saleable condition. Unfortunately, any returns which are found to have make-up stains or perfume smells on the garment cannot be refunded. The goods are your responsibility until they reach WASSYL, so please make sure any returns are securely packaged and cannot get damaged on their way back to us.

We highly recommend using a tracked service so you can track the whereabouts of your return. WASSYL cannot be held responsible for the loss of your return.
2. IF YOU RECEIVE A FAULTED ITEM
On the rare occasion that you receive a faulted item, please ensure that you email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending the item back. Please attach images where possible of the faulted item to any emails sent to us. We can not refund faulted items which we have not been informed about prior to receiving the returns. WASSYL also reserves the right to refuse to refund a faulted item if we suspect foul play or tampering. We reserve the right not to refund the item if we have not been informed of any faults prior to receiving the item.
Please do not contact the email address or mobile phone number attached to our PayPal account as they are for PayPal use only and any emails/text messages sent to these will not be responded to.
3. RETURNING FAULTED ITEMS
Please note you must inform us of the item fault prior to sending a faulted item back, as we do not refund items without being informed of the faults before we receive them. Please note we do not accept items that have been worn, washed or used for a full refund. All refunds are offered at the discretion of WASSYL . WASSYL reserves the right to refuse the refund of any item we suspect has been washed, worn or used.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately , we are currently unable to process exchange.You can return your item/items to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please note we do offer discounted pre-paid tracked return labels at 2.99£ up to 1kg which will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately, not . We do offer Fully tracked prepaid returns or QR code at a discounted price where £2.99 up to 1kg will be deducted from your refund amount or you can also send returns via your own method please consider signed for or tracked services for your security.
6. When will my refund be processed?
We will process all refund requests within 10-15 working days.
depending of original method of payment , please allow up to 5 working days for this to be reflected on your accounts .
7. Why haven't I been sent a confirmation that my return has been received?
This is not something that we do at the minute. However, you can track the status of your return by using the tracking number provided on the proof of postage (if you have used our pre-paid returns label, or if you used tracking service of your own). This will determine if it has reached us. You will receive an email to confirm that your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10-15 working days.
