1.1 Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

1.2 How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

1.3 How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

1.4 I have problems adding items to my shopping cart

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

1.5 How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and Klarna Buy Now Pay Later also all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

1.6 Can I amend or cancel my order?

To make sure you receive your items as soon as possible , we start processing your order as soon as we get it through. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it, sorry! 

We would advise that you check all information for accuracy before placing an order as we may not always be able to make changes to it. If you realise you have made a mistake regarding shipping details etc. please send us an email include order number and we will try our best to resolve this before your order is dispatched.

1.7 I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

1.8 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.


2.1 When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and Bank holidays.

2.2 Do you have free delivery?

We offer free shipping on orders over £50 UK only.

2.3 Do you have next day delivery service?

Yes, orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered within 1 working day.

2.4 Who will deliver my order?

Our parcels are delivered with Royal Mail Fully Tracked Services.

2.5 What if I won't be in when my order is due to be delivered?

If you aren't in when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a card to let you know where your parcel is. It may be left with a neighbour or taken to your local sorting office where you can pick up your order or choose for it to be redelivered.

2.6 There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact our Customer Service Team at and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

2.7 I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

Kindly drop an email to our Customer Care Team at if you have not received your parcel after 15 working days and we will assist you accordingly.

2.8 I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?

We apologize if you had received a defective item from us. Please contact our Customer Service Team at with a snapshot of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

2.9 How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with Royal Mail Track and Trace website , you will need your 13-characters tracking number example : XH545554533GB.


3.1 How do I return an item?

Option 1 - Pre-paid tracked return labels will be deducted from your refund amount at 2.99£(please send request via email to

Please return items within 14 days of receipt and be careful when trying on your items! We cannot accept returns on soiled items. Ensure all tags are intact and the item is in original condition. All goods will be inspected upon return. Any unwanted items must be returned to WASSYL in a saleable condition. Unfortunately, any returns which are found to have make-up stains or perfume smells on the garment cannot be refunded. The goods are your responsibility until they reach WASSYL, so please make sure any returns are securely packaged and cannot get damaged on their way back to us.

We highly recommend using a tracked service so you can track the whereabouts of your return. WASSYL  cannot be held responsible for the loss of your return.


3.2 Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately , we are currently unable to process exchange.You can return your item/items to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please note we do offer discounted pre-paid tracked return labels at 2.99£ which will be deducted from your refund amount.

3.3 Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately, not . We do offer Fully tracked prepaid returns at a discounted price where £2.99 will be deducted from your refund amount or you can also send returns via your own method please consider signed for or tracked services for your security. 

3.4 When will my refund be processed?

We will process refund requests within 10 working days. 

depending of original method of payment , please allow up to 5 working days for this to be reflected on your accounts .
