No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

Please click on “Login/Signup” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal details.

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay. You can also pay with our buy now pay later options, Klarna, Clearpay and Laybuy.

To make sure you receive your items as soon as possible , we start processing your order as soon as we get it through. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it, sorry! We would advise that you check all information for accuracy before placing an order as we may not always be able to make changes to it. If you realise you have made a mistake regarding shipping details etc. please send us an email include order number and we will try our best to resolve this before your order is dispatched.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

You can now pre-order some of your favourite styles. If the item you are wanting to purchase is available to 'pre-order' please make the following steps;

- Simply select the desirable product colour and size (if these options are available) and add to your cart as if you were placing a normal order.

- Follow the check-out process as normal and pay for all the item(s) in your cart.

- You will receive a confirmation email containing all the products you have purchased.

- Once the pre-ordered item is available, we will despatch your full order and you will receive a despatch email.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains a mix of pre-order(s) and in stock items, we will despatch the whole order when the pre-ordered items become available. 

Please make two seperate orders if you do not want to wait for your available items to despatch with the 'pre-order' item's , as 'pre-order' items can take up to 1-4 weeks to be despatched.

Spend over £50 to qualify for Free UK Delivery. Please be aware orders that qualify for Free UK Delivery will be sent as a Standard Delivery via Royal Mail.

Please allow 3-5 working days for Standard Delivery. Next Day delivery (when available) should arrive the following working day if ordered before 3pm.

If you aren't in when delivery is attempted, the courier service will leave a card to let you know where your parcel is. It may be left with a neighbour or taken to your local sorting office where you can pick up your order or choose for it to be redelivered. If you do not receive a card, please check your shipping confirmation email for tracking information - a service that is provided to you by all our courier services. 

Option 1 - Pre-paid tracked return labels will be deducted from your refund amount at 2.99£(please send request via email to cs@wassyl.co.uk if return label is missing/lost)

Please return items within 14 days of receipt and be careful when trying on your items! We cannot accept returns on soiled items. Ensure all tags are intact and the item is in original condition. All goods will be inspected upon return. Any unwanted items must be returned to WASSYL in a saleable condition. Unfortunately, any returns which are found to have make-up stains or perfume smells on the garment cannot be refunded. The goods are your responsibility until they reach WASSYL, so please make sure any returns are securely packaged and cannot get damaged on their way back to us. Complete return form attached to your order invoice.

We highly recommend using a tracked service so you can track the whereabouts of your return. WASSYL  cannot be held responsible for the loss of your return.

Unfortunately , we are currently unable to process exchange.You can return your item/items to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please note we do offer discounted pre-paid tracked return labels at 2.99£ which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. We do offer prepaid returns at a discounted price where £2.99 will be deducted from your refund. You can also send returns via your own method however, we would always recommend a signed for/tracked service for assurance. 

Processing returns normally take up to 21 working days from the date the return has reached our warehouse. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience during this time.

This is not something that we do at the minute. However, you can track the status of your return by using the tracking number provided on the proof of postage (if you have used our pre-paid returns label, or if you used tracking service of your own). This will determine if it has reached us. You will receive an email to confirm that your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 21 working days.

You can return an item for a refund within 14 days .Returns outside of this time will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. If you have used our prepaid return label, £2.99 is deducted from your total refund amount to cover the cost of shipping.

When we receive your return, it goes into a queue awaiting processing. We aim to process all returns within 21 working days. Should you have any concerns about the status of your return after the specified time frame, get in touch at cs@wassyl.co.uk

The refund process is automatic therefore we are unable to change the  payment method in which you receive monies. 

 If you would like to purchase something that is out of stock, please select the notify me button. You will receive an email as soon as the item is restocked. Please note sale items are less likely to be restocked but may be returned by a customer.

Unfortunately, we operate solely online.

You will be issued a gift card to the registered email address. To redeem you must enter the gift card number in ‘gift card/voucher’ option of the payment method section. Please note all gift cards are subject to a 6 month expiry period.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm. We are closed weekends and all UK public bank holidays.
